Today was, according to science, The Most Depressed Day Of The Year.

I fared well. The most depressing day of the year actually came a few days early for me, and I am happy to have the worst of '08 finished with so quickly.

oh we've been talking about starting light therapy! glad to hear it does work. i think if i couple light therapy with yoga, i could become a buddha!
