Rock on. So glad to hear this. On the pain management front, I'd love to see you look up a MELT class...even if it says it has a specific focus (hip, shoulder, whatever) it will still benefit your system in a global way. Go to meltmethod.com and click Find MELT. Someone will show you the foot treatment, which you learn to do on your own, and it would be such a positive thing to do a few times a week! xo
